Pregnancy Yoga

We are delighted to be offering pregnancy yoga classes in the Dublin Buddhist Centre.

Yoga is a wonderful way to develop health and vitality during your pregnancy. It will bring balance during this wonderful time in your life and prepare you for the birth of your baby.

Yoga courses will run every four weeks and are suitable after the 12th week of pregnancy.

Starting Times and Dates:

Thursday 4.30pm - 5.30pm

Courses start Thursday 22nd July for five weeks.

Our pregnancy yoga classes will provide relaxation, meditation, healthy eating tips, gentle posture work and breathing techniques, and the instructor, Mairead Keane, will adapt the class to fit the needs of individuals. Also included in the course are instruction in Head Neck and Shoulder massage to relieve tension and stress.

Our classes are open to all levels: beginners and those that have previous yoga experience.
