As a fundraiser for the new centre project, Mary Mullany will be running three vegetarian cookery workshops in November and December.

Saturday, November 3rd 11am - 3pm
Salads, Dressings and Warming Soups
There’s more to salad than cucumber and tomato. Learn to make salads with a real bite, supercharged with goodness and creamy dressings without dairy! Get ready for winter with lot of ideas for warming soups. Learn how a soup can become a stew or casserole.

Saturday, November 17th 11am - 3pm
Winter Salads, Dips and Tagine
Make warm winter salads packed full of healing fats. Learn lots of healthy dips for snacks, starters or your lunch box. Banish the winter blues with a spicy chickpea Tagine, the ultimate warming stew. Wash it all down with a cleansing detox juice.

Saturday, December 1st 11am - 3pm
Healthy Desserts and Ideas for Christmas
Learn the dangers of refined sugar and clean up your diet with desserts that are nutritious and tasty. Prepare for Christmas with a seasonal nut loaf. Learn to make colourful salads that will brighten any Christmas dinner and nutritious juices that will lift your spirits.
